Outdoor furniture makes a great addition to any home’s garden. The common kinds of outdoor furniture you can find are deck furniture, patio chairs and cushions, teak folding chair, outdoor rocking chair and Adirondack chairs. It’s great because it allows you to sit outside comfortably in your garden for hours and hours, soaking up the sun if the weather is good, relaxing and unwinding and just enjoying the beauty of your garden which you have worked so hard on to make perfect.

What makes the chair a rocking chair are the two strips of curved wood, also called rockers, which are placed underneath the chairs legs, hence allowing the rocking motion to happen. The outdoor rocking chair is exactly the same as the rocking chair you would use indoors, and probably the only difference you will find between the outdoor and indoor chair is the type of material they would be made out of.
Adirondack chairs come with a straight backrest and seat with these two parts joined together at a slant, which allows you to sit much more comfortably in the chair. That was the old design when it first came into production, and today’s Adirondack chairs come with better contoured seating, which makes it much more comfy. The Adirondack chairs’ most distinguishing features are the wide, broad armrests, something which all other outdoor furniture don’t have.
The general look of the teak folding chair is triangle-shaped, although its styles and trends have greatly varied over the years since it first came about. The teak folding chair is lightweight and can be folded easily into a flat piece by collapsing the legs and backrest, making it very handy for storing in small spaces. The types of teak folding chair you can find available in the store are the triangle shaped ones of course, the side-X design and the front-X design, which simply means the style in which the legs fold together to form an X shape, making it sturdier to sit on.
With so many different looks and style varieties of outdoor furniture available, it can be quite tough to choose which you would most like to have in your garden, or what would look better.
